What are lat_acc and long_acc? #18

Are these supposed to be 0 and 0 for the Louise example? This struck me as odd and requiring a note in the text if the explanation is just that a single site doesn't have a bounding box (or it is infinitely small). Still, I would have expected the bounding box to centred on lat and loc of the site and not 0. Is this a Neotoma thing/quirk?

It's a neotoma thing. I think a lot of the original COHMAP sites and NOAA sites are recorded as points only. Newer sites are getting bounding boxes. We could actually test that to be sure, or I could double check with Eric. On Oct 7, 2014 10:31 PM, "Gavin Simpson" notifications@github.com wrote:
