Reserve a figshare doi for the paper #24

This can wait till submission but it would be great for @SimonGoring as lead author to reserve a figshare doi for the paper and add it on. Once accepted, a copy of this entire repo can go into figshare and will remain as an archival copy.

That sounds fine. Why not get a DOI from GitHub?

@SimonGoring you mean via Zenodo? I think you can set that up but you only want to generate the DOI once we finalise the code and tag the repo with a release.

Yep, understood. Just wanted to know why doing it on figshare was better/easier than on GitHub.

Gavin is right. This way you can have the reserved doi in the paper right now and make it public/active after paper acceptance.
