Clean up the main folder #8

Hey @andydawson can you delete all the stuff you stuck in my main folder?! Why do you have to come to my place, make a mess and then leave me to clean up?! :) If we're going to stick with either clam or BChron (and maybe we can use clam. . . I'll think about it) then can you take out all the calibration files?

Done. I kept it around on my machine though, in case we do opt for 10 lines of code instead of 4 packages to do the calibration! :)
