Consolidate bat wings #1

The pack has three bat wing drops, one from Biome Makeover, one from Forbidden & Arcana and one from Reliquary. We only want the one from F&A, but we want to inject it the way Reliquary does it, so that JER picks it up.

The recipes from Reliquary that require a bat wing will need to be adjusted to take the one from F&A instead.
