Why is the font-awesome-css commented but not the js?

The new Font Awesome, version 5, uses the JS. See https://fontawesome.com/get-started — and read about what the JS is doing here, https://fontawesome.com/how-to-use/svg-with-js

The old Font Awesome, version 4.7, used the CSS. I commented it out during testing, and I forgot to go back and delete it. It’s gone now.
