Consider using the server locally (nekotools server) and ping that instead of using an external server.

Work out a nice way to be able to test it seamlessly as nekotools server crashes a lot, so it would be better to be able to open a python server to respond back. correctly.

Works for JavaScript and ActionScript3, but need to work out why neko fails. Also work out how to kill the server.
