Apply Calendar to Result Request

Given parameters can be different values depending on Calendars it is useful to 
also have results by Calendar. For example; if weekdays operate differently to 
weekends, users will find it useful to have results covering weekday operation 
and separate results covering weekends rather than a mixture. Process end to 
end times might be different at weekdays as opposed to weekends etc.

A defined behaviour is needed as to how to record statistics for existing 
process instances across calendar boundaries.

this should be addressed in a later version.
