Event-Based Gateway semantics are for a deferred choice at process start, with 
only Intermediate Catching Events or a Receive Message Task being able to kick 
off a process instance from such a start.  Under these circumstances, it seems 
to me that these types of elements and under this type of usage should also get 
triggerCount as well as integTriggerTimer.
