Continuous and discrete should be subtypes of DistributionParameter, not a boolean on it #75

There should be separate subclasses of DistributionParameter for continuous and 
discrete distributions. In most distributions, only one of discrete=true / 
discrete=false makes sense. Boolean attributes should not be used to 
distinguish types.
