Recurring event exception ignored on Google Calendar if it doesn't have same time-format as DTSTART

If you try to add an exception to an event, the Google Calendar is quite strict. It just acknowledges the exception if you use the same format as used in DTSTART.

That said:

• You have to write your exception as whole-date-exception, if the event itself is a whole-day-event
• You have to add a time when creating an exception for an event, that isn't a whole-day-event. This time must (in calculation with the timezone) match a start-time of the recurring event.
