New confetti for confetti balloon #244

I found a good confetti pop animation^1 that can replace the current confetti for the confetti balloon. It looks better and is simpler to implement. Also give it a random rotation so it looks different every time.

This will not be worked on for the moment. There's already enough other work right now and the confetti now does the job.

This issue can be re-opened in the future.
