Ability to change chart titles #1

Chart titles are currently based on headers in the excel file and don't always lead to the most readable format. Add the ability to override the default titles

Requested for CEA as well. Implement on backend only first.

Implemented on backend and editor now doesn't reset

Need to allow for custom title in save view.
