Implemented `Camera2D` to follow player + mount to `Tripod2D` #36

The Camera2D will:

Follow Luce, adjusting according to which direction Luce is facing
Mount to a newly added Tripod2D if Luce collides w/ a designated area
Refocus on Luce if he is outside of the view of the Camera2D
