Dialogue Box doesn't scale nicely with different resolutions #41

dialogue box scaling should stay consistently in the middle bottom

portrait positioning within the box moves outside

i got it staying consistently in the same position throughout all resolutions.

I now need to get the scaling to stay the same as well.

I got Dialogue scaling to work now
