When a user uploads photos in their user profile on the front-end, those do not display and the message "no photos uploaded" continually displays.
Note: To get the EDIT PHOTOS tab to show up, go to FORUM->PROFILES->PROFILE OPTIONS and set the MAXIMUM NUMBER OF PHOTOS ALLOWED in the PERSONAL PHOTOS section to something greater than 0.
