IPC hands are reversed #1114

Description

The right hand is on the opposite side of the hotbar, as is the left.

Reproduction

  1. Be an IPC.
  2. Suffer with wrong sided hands

Expected behavior

The hands should be on the correct sides of the hotbar

my computer is made of borgs and ipcs
