I'm not going to revert this PR, but it needs to be split into two versions of the item, one parented to skirt, and one parented to pants. Having looked at the PR, it shouldn't actually be that difficult since since the options for such are already present(just tell it to generate from the list of skirts but not include the list of pants). Have the skirt-only version include the skirt tag needed for Anytaur and Digitigrade species to wear said clothing.
