QOL: Loadouts should de-select unusuable role-based items automatically. #508

Description

Swapping from a role with job-specific items available; into a role that doesn't have those items still drains your points unless you go and de-select that item.

I see pro & cons of this, but worth the thought.

I can make a button deselect unusable and make the show unusable look less ridiculously large, win-win!
