Changes to support the CI build. #20

Will merge. If you move forward with this and set up CI and automatic nuget pack/push for this package, I feel that it would only be fair to add your name in the nuspec authors part.

It's done. The build is live.

I wanted to bring to your attention that the package I am creating has a dependency to Castle that did not exist in your last package.

I added a build that supports publishing to Nuget.org with a button click.

The point I raised here about non-sequential version numbers applies to SimpleBrowser.WebDriver as well. Let me know if you'd like me to make any changes.
