Sleepy, you might want to add a note in the readme as well, as done in other repos.

I haven't been following the DCO 100%, so not sure what you want in the readme.

Whatever of an explanation like this you wish over there: https://github.com/SimpleMachines/babylon/blob/master/README.md

The relevant part would be to state that commits to be pulled in must be signed-off, and sign-off means submitted under the DCO. Feel free to just take it as it is, unless you'd write it in some preferred, clearer, way.
