Allow changing the calendar display name #2287

Currently the calendar name cannot be changed for display.

It would be fairly helpful to change the display name of a calender. Take for instance the outlook default name 'Calendar', which isn't giving that much info away.

So it would be nice to be able to set a custom name for the calendars.

I was aware that the project was sold, but not that it is dead. I am also aware of the fork, but unfortunately there isn't release yet.

In any case I created the issue there as well.

@skwde new owner probably will close source this apps and/or at least kill the ideals of this project by ads and tracking + no commit in last 2 months
