I notice that when I take a picture in portrait mode, the photo is sideways when viewed in the gallery.

This forces me to rotate every picture that I take in portrait mode.

Device: multiple, including Moto e (2020) running 10 Moto e6 running 9 Poblano Hotpepper VLE5 running 8.1.0 ZTE 557VL running 7.1

App versiom: Simple Camera 5.3.1 Simple Gallery Pro 6.21.2

This has been fixed with his latest gallery release app. I had the same problem too..
