Rewrite to use CameraX #318

Notes

this PR rewrite the app to use the CameraX library
the functionality of the app should remain the same except that it would use CameraX APIs
add CameraXPreview
- basic support image capture
- basic support for video capture
- add CameraXPreviewListener to prevent coupling to MainActivity
- support zoom and focus

TODO (amongst others)

[x] Restoring last used camera (front / back)
[ ] Photo EXIF setting
[ ] Handle camera errors
[ ] Storage location / media file name
[ ] Changing video resolution / aspect ratio

theres still many temporary things, Ill do some bigger testing and review once ready
