Notes

disable the settings icon when recording video and enable it when recording stopped
create ic_settings vector drawable resource that uses the @color/camera_option_color fillColor for simplicity.
sort resolutions by aspect ratio
remove unused drawables
restore flash mode in photo mode
move the video timer text to the top of the shutter
