debounce switching by 300ms when toggling between video/photo capture
setCameraAvailable only when there is no error and the camera state is Type.OPEN

fling doesnt work at all now and I can still trigger the error by clicking on photo/video quickly

Looking into the fix for this. It's quite tricky

wow, that is a quite complicated fix, but it seems to work just fine. Guess it will be more reliable than just using some delay. Thanks
