Possible Bug: Tap To Focus Location Offset in 4:3

When I change the aspect ratio from 16:9 to native 4:3 where I tap to focus is offset about a quarter of the screen's width.

This is consistent across reboots, app resets, etc.

No other camera apps show this behavior.
