Implementing QR code scanner #396

Working just fine here. I wasn't able to figure out how to insert the license, and to put the new strings into all languages at a glance. Still kinda bare metal but we can improve anytime.

this is too raw, the read text cannot even be selected for copying and the top bar is orange instead of being transparent. Improve it please.

and at launching the scanner I get an error that the camera is used by another app, but it seems to still work just fine
