[feature-request] Allow to set the min/max volume #526

In the settings there is an option "Increase volume gradually". It would be nice to be able to set the min/max volume. The volume shall gradually increase from the min volume to the max volume within the duration given by the "Max reminder duration" option.

it should already use the currently set device volume as the max
