Clock tab should show leading zero in 24-hour mode

In the clock tab, in 24-hour mode, hours less than 10 have no leading zero, but they should have a leading zero.

I didn't see any clock app with a leading zero. It will look weird 👎 and will be associated with the timer

Should be added an option for 24-hour format. 0:20 just doesn't look right on the widget. Alarm and Timer shows leading zeros, why not on everything?
