additional time format #560

Hi dear devs,

would it be possible to implement the 24h format additional to the already existing 12h format? That would be highly appreciated. Thanks in advance for all your efforts put in these simple app collection. I grew fond of quite a bunch of them so far.

There is 24h format, it uses the system format
