System service for selecting files and folders unavailable #809

I'm on /e/os 0.23-20220404175826 and when i try and export my contacts it says "System service for selecting files and folders unavailable" this also happens when trying to export messages from Simple-SMS-Messenger

After actually updating it was fixed
