Status bar for file operations. #97

Basically, I have just copied 2500+ screenshots from Internal Storage to SD Card, and was manually refreshing source and target folders to verify if the operation is complete. A status bar somewhere would have been nice.

Also, SFM "unfortunately stopped working" right before moving the last file from /Internal/Pictures/Screenshots (the rest were moved successfully). Don't know, if it's an issue of SFM or my Xperia Zc.

a progress indicator will be added in version 3.3.0

I'm on 6.1.2 and there is no progress bar for me. Could you check? It would be a very important feature when dealing with large amounts of data.

for now a progress bar appear only at copy longer than 3 seconds in all cases, or Move if there is an SD card involved. Progress bar at deleting etc is on the roadmap,

Then I'd like to ask to re-open this. By the way, the copying I did took minutes and was between Internal and SD Card, so I should have seen a progress bar, but there was none.
