Add emoji categories to emoji list #232

This closes #229

This also closes a part of #155 - search is missing and will need some more work

it doesnt show up well on smaller screens, half of the first smiley is cut for me, cannot see it by scrolling either. And icon colors dont change well.

I have made it fit available size now, since scrolling does not work well in that part of the screen when using gesture navigation.

yeah, works better now, just can we maybe stop the scrolling when a category changes by clicking on it?

lets make the inactive categories use the same color as ABC and Clear in Material You theme, especially visible in light one. They should have slight color on them, not just white.

or you know what, lets actually use the text color in Material You theme too for inactive categories and also ABC/Clear, just like it is on the main keyboard
