Issues with two widgets. Both can be configured and run as expected until the phone is rebooted. After the reboot

  1. google clock digital horizontal widget style is reset from transparent to non-transparent. To select the style place this widget on a desktop and you will be prompted to select transparent or non-transparent background. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.google.android.deskclock.
  2. 24h Weawow weather widget goes blank (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.weawow)

Both widgets work fine with the stock launcher. Phone is up to date Nokia XR20 with android 13.

I have a similar issue with widgets. "Todo Agenda" (https://f-droid.org/en/packages/org.andstatus.todoagenda/) can get optical configured, but get set to default multiple times a day. And Simple Notes Pro (also from fdroid store) is just black (I think, the background color with no opacity), it is not showing the selected note. But I get to the right note in the app when I tap on the widget. I was trying to figure out, what to do that the errors will happen, but no luck so far.

google clock digital horizontal widget style is reset from transparent to non-transparent.

I can confirm this behavior (bug) on Pixel 8.

Android 11 Nokia TA-1157

Similar bug happens with Suntimes widgets and Etar widget. Sometimes they are broken, sometimes they simply do not sfow up at all.

Regarding the bug reports above, it most probably is not a widget-specific problem, but something affecting all widgets displayed in Simple Launcher.
