Musepack support #432

It would be nice if SMP could handle the specifically music-optimized format (others are general, not music-optimized) Musepack. It is BSD/LGPL-licensed and seemingly non-complex. Several other Android-players support .mpc-files, so I was surprised to find SMP didn't.
