Add hints for search toolbar buttons #638

Addresses https://github.com/SimpleMobileTools/Simple-Notes/issues/632 if we want to show hints when long pressing buttons like in the toolbar.

Updated this only to show hints since content descriptions are taken care of in https://github.com/SimpleMobileTools/Simple-Commons/pull/1699. However, since this solution is only available programmatically, it can't be added universally in Simple-Commons.
