Cost due to lack of missing setting #146

Recently I've found out that my provider cleared me some cost for so called "acknowledgement of receipt SMS". I checked and found the following: The setting for the Google Messenger for requesting these acknowledgement SMS was generally turned of. Using the app "Simple SMS Messenger" produced nevertheless these costs. There is no feature to turn of these acknowledgement SMS with the current version. I don't know If it's a bug or a missing feature. Please contact me of you need further details.

a toggle will be added in 5.10.0, enabled by default
