Add support for blocking keywords for incoming messages #681

This adds support for filtering incoming messages based on message body by checking if it contains any of the blocked keywords (case insensitive). Regex and patterns are not supported at the moment.

NOTE: This does not currently support MMS, only SMS.

This closes #33

nope, not available on Google Play yet, staged rollout has been stopped. But it will be in 5.19.x

I got the 5.19.3 update from the Play Store 👍 I also bought Simple Thank You ❤️
