no notification if i don't unlock the phone with the password after a reboot

Hello, if a receive and sms with the phone off or still not unlocked for the first time, it won't send the notification, showing it after doing that.

Phone: Xiaomi 11 lite 5g ne, miui 14.0.6 vf, app version 5.18.2 f-droid.

that is handled by the system
