Export file is way smaller than it should be #720

Hello,

I just installed Simple Messenger on my Redmi 9T and I wanted to export all my messages.

After checking the file size of the .json file, it is way smaller than it should be, and doesn't contain any images (as it should if I'm not mistaken). I have hundreds of messages and photos and can only find a few on the .json file.

For unfortunate reason, I am unable to reboot my phone, so I hope the solution doesn't require to do so.

I have this same issue. The JSON file seems to be cut off halfway through, and thus it cannot be parsed. This happens when exporting MMS only, or SMS & MMS together. SMS only always seems to work just fine.

I've noticed a workaround though; exporting the file to an SD Card doesn't seem to cause the issue. I was able to export SMS & MMS to my SD Card three times in a row, and it worked fine. When exporting SMS & MMS to internal storage, the JSON file is cut off midway through every time. It usually seems to happen in the middle of a Base64 string. My exported files with SMS & MMS are ~16.4 Mebibytes.

I'm using a Teracube 2e emerald.
