Migrate to non-transitive R Classes

This PR migrates to non-transitive R classes (as suggested by @FunkyMuse)

Pros:

• Faster builds.
• Makes it clearer what resources come from where.
• It's the recommended way now.

Cons:

• I think it kinda of impacts the readability but may be worth the advantages.
