Adding vietnamese translation #769

Because I can't find option to translate on Weblate, so I tried to do this. Is there anything wrong, please tell me.

Next time, to add a new language for the project on Weblate you just have to click + next to the project you want to create translations for. For Vietnamese it's here: https://hosted.weblate.org/projects/simple-mobile-tools/-/vi/#overview

okay sorry, I thought I can't add language on Weblate, turn out that I forgot to login.
