Check if Opus is selected and setAudioSamplingRate to 48000 if so

This fix is more of a bandage over a bullet wound as re-sampling is the actual solution rather than just fixing certain file types to certain sample rates, I do not know if it will mess up other audio file types when listening to them but I suspect it will as by my design I assume if opus is selected, every file playback will be at 48000 rather than just when listening to opus. Regardless, I need to sleep and I feel like this is a good start and we can build on it later
