Update field_google_webfonts.php #10

This is my first contribution, so I don't know the protocol. Anyway, I think an overt message telling the user to define a google api key works better than an error quietly registering in the error log.

@UnderscoreDesign Good job. I've got some massive changes coming down for google fonts. Thanks for that though. I'll be committing select boxes later today. Lots of options there too! ;)

@UnderscoreDesign You should give it a try now. We're nearing 1.0 release and Google Fonts works perfectly.

Wow, Dovy. This looks great. You did amazing work. Can't say enough how impressed I am. Will definitely use this for future projects.

I have some project deadlines to meet right now, but I look forward to working with this soon.
