Implement Gallery #21

Ability to add a gallery, show a preview, reorder that gallery, etc.

isnt this in 3.6 already? maybe you can just hook into that and let it handle the re-ordering and you just show a preview of the gallery.

That's the plan, just looking for the hook in the javascript. Have the media manager, but to enable gallery and only have gallery is proving a bit difficult.

@dhechler ReduxFramework 3.0 final has release to the Wordpress.org plugins directory.
