Currently, if a purchase is made by an individual outside Simplero, and is recorded in Simplero later, there is no way to use the actual purchase date/time. As someone who has written accounting and other audit-ready software, the ideal would be to have a non-editable Create Date/Time for the record, and an editable (by an Admin) Purchase Date/Time so that it could be made to match the real world. There are more elaborate ways to track history of edits, but probably in a Simplero environment, which is not meant as a full accounting software, those two fields would be good enough.
