Forum/Blog: possibility to edit comments #393

Hi,

regarding blog posts and forum posts: could you make it possible for everyone to edit and delete their own comments, not only admins? Preferably with an edit log, and with deleted comments still viewable for admins

We would use this feature as well! My students have been asking for it, and they have been emailing our teachers to do the edits for them. Having the edit and delete function for students would save a lot of time for everybody. Thanks for thinking about this.

Just noticed this is similar to #96.
