On Membership Site pages make the Heading the H1 and the Course Titles H2s #420

Right now it appears the page heading is an H2 and no H3s. It would make more sense and be better for SEO for the page heading to be the H1 and the course titles be the H2s. This looks more natural and if you're worries about too many H2s just make the first 3 or 6 H2s. Many thanks...
