Have a "Save" (i.e. "Save and continue editing") button for email editing #423

Item #251 requests an option to "Save and continue editing" button for courses. The same thing applies to editing emails: while editing, it would be good to be able to save the current work and continue editing. Currently the only choice is to hit "Next", then go back in to do more editing.

Any more thoughts about this? Not too hard to implement, and would save time on a frequent basis.
