Comment notification option: rolling up comments into a once-a-week email

Rather than people only having the choice of getting no notifications, or getting notifications for all comments or admin comments.

I've had a few users request to have a weekly comment roll-up of sorts to minimize email overwhelm.

Great idea - second that. Letting users choose to receive a weekly or daily summary would be super useful!
